"All elections shall be free and equal, and no power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage." AZ State Constitution, Art.2.Sec.21

By this clause, the State Constitution guarantees that NO governor, attorney general, secretary of state, state treasurer, nor their agents; NO legislator, nor federal officer nor agent, NO military personnel; not any judicial figure, nor ANY court, shall at any time, in any manner, interfere to prevent the right of Citizens to exercise our Right of suffrage.

"The State Constitution guarantees . . ." but, wait!

The Constitution is powerless to enforce its guarantee!

We the People must realize where we are as a State and a Nation--We are on the Brink of the Abyss!--and, understand how we got here! We have been mind-programmed to various degrees to accept what the federal Government, led by the Philosopher-Kings of SCOTUS, decrees upon us!

Then, we must begin to actively reclaim and protect our Rights against those who have been stealing them from us, slowly from the beginning, and rapidly accelerating for at least 60-years!

We are Arizona!

The individual players listed above have only the power we acquiesce to cede to them.

WE the People are Sovereign!

We have but to educate ourselves and our Fellows, and

Raise Our Voices in refusal to comply!

As we continue to let Tyrants control our Right of suffrage, and other unalienable God-given Rights, we've continued to shuffle closer to the Edge of the Abyss, until, Today, we find ourselves teetering; about to plunge into its bottomless maw!

Until We the People exercise our Sovereignty, Electoral Chaos is inevitable!

NO Court has power to dictate to We the People, how WE choose to exercise our 9th & 10th Amendment Rights!

NO Court has power to take a part of the U.S. Constitution and weave bolts of whole cloth with which to usurp our Rights . . .

Unless We Acquiesce
and Comply with Their Edicts!

In this White Paper, we have been concentrating on Redistricting, which is the Keystone to stopping the political bloodletting destroying Our Representative Republic, and cementing the hold of the Philosopher-Kings of SCOTUS, as Oligarchic Tyrants.

But, we have to recognize that Redistricting is just one crucial part of the forces operating to undermine and overthrow our system of Self-Governance:

Arizona tries to submit to the unconstitutional Voting Rights Act of 1965 [I cannot make this link go to the top of the target page, please scroll to the top], National Voter Registration Act and Judicial Decrees that are designed to effect metamorphosis of our lives from Liberty to Tyranny, through manipulating and subverting the electorate and elections by intentionally biased, transformative Redistricting and other destructive practices.

Throw-in undeniably fraudulent election processes, and our Liberty is being dumped into the Abyss!

A. On the 2022 Elections Front, for whatever reason [perhaps he thinks it will enhance his U.S. Senate chances], AG Brnovich has finally acted against Secretary of State Katie Hobbs regarding her blatant misuse and abuse of the office she holds! In this critical Campaign Season, SoS Hobbs, has shown egregious dereliction of duty, gross incompetence, and/or outright defiance of the Law! Her job performance regarding the entire 2022 Election Cycle and the effects of the decennial Redistricting process can most graciously be termed, "Hobbs' Folly!"

1. Hobbs defied statutes regarding online E-Qual campaign functions, as part of her Redistricting game plan, shutting-down the Statute-mandated online feature for a time projected to extend beyond the Candidate Nominating Petition deadline. She quickly restored the functions when AG Brnovich actually acted to charge her criminally for violating the law!

2. The Statutes mandate the production of an updated elections "instructions and procedures manual" [Elections Procedures Manual (EPM)], by the secretary of state, prior to a general election, pursuant to A.R.S. 16-452:

"B. The rules shall be prescribed in an official instructions and procedures manual to be issued not later than December 31 of each odd-numbered year immediately preceding the general election. Before its issuance, the manual shall be approved by the governor and the attorney general. The secretary of state shall submit the manual to the governor and the attorney general not later than October 1 of the year before each general election."

3. During her tenure in office, the previous SoS, a Republican, at least once refused to produce the mandated Manual. AG Brnovich rattled his saber a bit, but, the end-result was no updated EPM was published.

SoS Hobbs, a Democrat, produced a Manual for 2020 [although AG Brnovich and Gov. Ducey signed-off on it, AG Brnovich now acknowledges that it had problems, too. And, I know, personally, that at least one prior EPM was also "inaccurate"], but, she has failed to produce an acceptable, statute-compliant, Manual for the 2022 General Election.

The effect of not updating the Manual is that the Elections Procedures, as required by current Law, are outdated in the Manual in-use by elections officials across-the-State!

4. The AZ Republican Party and AG Brnovich, finally did act to seek appropriate relief for We the People, against SoS Hobbs for her failure to submit an EPM draft that meets the statutory requirements!

The EPM controversy was ongoing, at least as of April 29, 2022.

As of May 28th, 2022, the EPM, and other publications posted on the SoS Web-site have still not been updated.

These abuses of our right to free and fair elections, and to free exercise of the right of suffrage, are not isolated to mal-, mis- or nonfeasance by state executive officers. They are also occurring among the elected legislators who refuse to act decisively and effectively against the blatant, unconscionable election fraud that was so egregious that the whole world knows our presidential electors were fraudulently certified!

Going through the motions of investigations is meaningless without ACTION to overturn the fraudulent results! The legislators and the governor--who signed-off on the Elector's Certification--have no valid excuse; the controlling laws and the Constitution are clear. The legislators and Governor Ducey are complicit in the destructive actions of the illegitimate Biden Administration!
