The purpose of government is to PROTECT RIGHTS by the consent of We, the People.
The consent of We, the People, requires free and equal elections!
Article 2, Section 21. All elections shall be free and equal, and no power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.
AZ Revised Statutes:
§ 16-542(A). ". . . the secretary of state shall prescribe rules to achieve and maintain the maximum degree of correctness, impartiality, uniformity and efficiency on the procedures for early voting and voting, and of producing, distributing, collecting, counting, tabulating and storing ballots."
These rules are required to be published in an "Election Procedures Manual" in a manner prescribed by this statute.
We can ONLY have free and equal elections when the elected officer tasked with executing Arizona's Election Law does the job!
As one of the office's crucial powers and duties, the secretary of state is the highest executive officer over the state's Elections. This means that when the current governor declares that he is the chief executive officer of the state—as he did once again, at the Maricopa County Republican Committee Meeting on January 13, 2018—he is wrong!
Arizona has a plural executive department, which means, NO state-level executive officer is above any other in inherent constitutional authority, as constitutionally-prescribed, and/or codified, in the power and duties of each of these five executive officers! See the AZ Constitution, Article V.
The secretary of state is THE highest elections officer in the state!
The current secretary of state has not performed her duties to We, the People, under the Laws of Arizona; she has committed
violations of lawand the state constitution,
We, the People of Arizona, are being harmed by her refusal and/or failure to perform her statutory duties—
The current secretary of state
HAS REFUSED to prepare the Election Procedures Manual as REQUIRED by LAW (A.R.S. § 16-452), and the 2014 manual in-use contains blatant statutory violations. (See the Issue One Page.)

Violated the LAW
by NOT mailing more than 400,000 Prop 123 & 124 Publicity Pamphlets
BEFORE mailing early ballots, thus, leaving hundreds of thousands of voters ignorant of the facts when they cast their early ballots in a very close election; opening Arizona's state trust land to looting, allegedly to satisfy what was a blatantly BAD court ruling! (See the Issue Two Page.)
We need a secretary of state who will uphold the laws and our constitutions!
A secretary of state who will offer his/her pledge to We, the People, of Arizona, at least similar to the following:
Who has the Best Interests at heart of Individual Arizonansand our inherent God-given Rights, including—but, not limited to—The Right to Life,Liberty,and the Pursuit of Happiness!*

Without Liberty, FREEDOM cannot exist!
